Saturday: limited admissions programs
Some campuses add Saturday sessions in busy seasons; many don't. Check the official calendar before you plan around one.

Football Saturday — check for a home game
Home games change traffic, parking and hotel prices. If there's one today, it's also one of the best ways to feel campus spirit.

Hotels within an hour often sell out and rates rise sharply. Exact dates change each year — confirm before booking.

Questions families ask
Read every answerDo you replace the official campus tour registration?
No. Colleges run their own information sessions and tours, and every booking goes through the official admissions page. We link you straight to it — or, on paid plans, reserve it for you — so your registration is always on the school's own system.
What does it cost?
Self-Plan is free. Campus Day is $149 per school, Circuit is $449 for up to four schools, and Concierge is $1,190 for up to six. That fee is all we charge: hotels, meals, tickets and travel are paid to the provider at their normal price with no markup.
How fast will I hear back?
A real planner replies within 2 business hours. Monday–Friday 8am–8pm ET and Saturday 9am–5pm ET. Requests sent after hours are answered first thing the next business morning.
How do you know what's happening on campus the day I visit?
For each date we check the day of the week, admissions closures around holidays, which sports are in season and each school's signature events. Then we link you to the official athletics schedule and admissions calendar for exact times, because schools update those constantly.
Can we visit more than one school in a day?
Often, yes — Harvard and MIT, or Duke and UNC, pair well. We sequence morning and afternoon sessions, add drive times and leave buffers so you're never sprinting across a parking lot.
Start with one campus. We'll route the rest.
Pick a school and a date to see the day. When you're ready, a planner can book it — usually within the same afternoon.
